Reports to the Head of Printing. You own color profiles and color standards; when a defect appears, you work with the print engineer and the operations managers to find where it actually came from.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain color profiles and calibration routines for production equipment.
- Set color standards and approval processes with design, production and quality teams.
- Investigate and resolve color issues raised by customers or quality control.
- Train operators and designers on color workflows and best practice.
- Measure and report on color consistency over time.
What you’ll bring
- 3–6 years in color management for printing or packaging.
- Hands-on experience with color profiling, measurement instruments and print workflow software.
- A strong understanding of color science and print quality.
- Methodical problem solving and clear communication.
